Rice milk recipes

The rice drink is one of the best known plant milks in the world. Its low glycemic index and the absence of gluten make it a very popular option for people with diabetes or celiac disease.
There are many ways to prepare rice milk as you will see in the different suggestions in this section.

Basic recipe:
40 g of rice grains (the variety you want)
0,8 liter of hot water
Salt and sweetener to taste.

P.S: it is recommended to cook it on medium heat for at least 7 minutes. Get all the tips!
