Returns and warranty

Please read carefully the conditions and deadlines determined by Chufamix SL in order to be able to make a return:

1. 1. You have 14 days, from the reception of the package, to be able to make the return.
   2. We will not accept returns of products that have been used.
   3. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
   4. To manage the return, please contact us at [email protected] or by telephone +34 961 861 561 informing us of the delivery number.
   5. The cost of transporting the returned product will be assumed by the customer as stated in the GLDC.
   6. Once the goods have been received in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount, according to the method of payment made by the customer, except cash payment, which will be refunded by bank transfer and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.
   7. Attention, make sure at the time of return that you do not include any product from outside the Vegan Milker website. Please note that we will not be responsible for it and neither the product nor the corresponding amount will be refunded.

We remind you that the Vegan Milker by Chufamix has a 3 year guarantee.
